Personal Training Sessions

  • In studio/outdoors - $55/hr
  • In your home - $75/hr (additional fees may apply dependent on travel)

For personal training sessions, a commitment of a 4 week program, 2 1-hr sessions per week is required to see results and track progress.  The cost of the program also includes workouts or a plan to be completed when you are not training.
