6 Week Summer Bootcamp (July/August)

Join us at Berton Blvd. Park in Georgetown, Ontario for our outdoor bootcamps! Classes are fun for all levels and built to maximize fat and calorie burning and help tone and build muscle. Our class formats change every class to help keep you engaged and coming back for more. What's included?
- 2 one-hour Unique Bootcamp classes per week for 6 weeks
- Measurements and Fit Test taken before and after each session to track your progress
- Access to our member's only section with recorded videos and sample meal plan
- Accountability coaching to help you come to class and keep up with your workouts
- Weekly e-mails with fun challenges, healthy tips and mindset coaching

We have two sessions you can choose:
Tuesday and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m.
Monday and Wednesdays at 6:45 p.m.
Dates: July 3-21 and August 14-31 (workouts provided during our time off!)
6 week session: $145.00 (includes tax)
What you need:
A mat, light hand weights (3 or 5 lbs), water, towel and your awesome self!
