When I try to explain to people that my online fitness and online yoga classes are live and interactive I get this look, then the "wait, we can see each other?" and I reply with a big "YES!"
I created this format for the busy mom, the travelling saleswomen, the homebody, the entrepreneur. This format allows busy women to get in their High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts PLUS yoga and strength training workouts all in their week to maximize their time. Live classes are taught throughout the week to accommodate shift-workers, sleeping baby schedules, 9-5 jobs, entrepreneurial hours and more! Better yet, access to a member's only site that provides 20 minute quick cardio and weight training sessions that can be completed at any time.
Essentially, you hop online into my private virtual studio and complete a bootcamp, HIIT, or yoga class with me (and our instructors) but in the privacy of your own sacred space. You receive constant feedback and encouragement to ensure you get the most of your workout. Each online fitness class is built to maximize fat and calorie burning to get the most out of your 50-60 minute class! The classes are fun, full-body workouts, created for all levels and we never take our selves too seriously (even while we burpee!). The online yoga classes are mainly focused on slowing down to allow mind-body connection while providing the whole body with muscle strength, endurance and flexibility.
